Inventory Associate
Main job responsibility:
- Maintaining the inventory tracking system for all products
- Understanding the demand flows and tracking supplies shortages
- Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it is the best quality phones
- Coordinate with Processing Department and Shipping Department in verifying phones quality to keep or discard.
- Implement new procedures to managing and storing inventory effectively
- Other duties assigned by the Inventory Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Have a positive attitude and mindset
- Ability to lift 45-50 lbs. repeatedly
- Critical-thinking skills to established quality control and organized product effectively
- Ability to be flexible and work in a face pace environment
- Must be 18 years of age or order
Processing Associate
Main job responsibility:
- Processing fulfillment quickly and accurately to ensure best quality for inventory department
- As well as organize phones base on model and coding of the product
- Maintenance and Housekeeping (not limited to)
- Removing packing materials form processing zones, such as plastics and cardboards
- Cleanliness in the processing department (sweeping small plastic materials and organizing testing cords)
- Testing phones for the best functionality and operating products for sale
- Other duties assigned by the Processing Manager

Shipping Associate
Main job responsibility:
- Shipping and packing orders:
- Pull/Pick the best quality product from Inventory department
- Have a basic knowledge in packing functions from small packages to freight orders
- Understand how to process a shipping ticket for UPS and FedEx accounts
- Ability to learn and operate Monday.com for tracking shipment orders to clients
- Accurately record and collect all tracking information to Monday.com
- Collect all records of phone scans onto the Google Drive
- Retrieve shipment and delivers to appropriate locations in the warehouse
- Other duties assigned by the Shipping Manager
