Return Policy

1. WARRANTY: We offer a 30-day warranty on all Used items and purchases. Please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your item with any problems or concerns. 
2. New and Refurbished Phones come with a one (1) year replacement warranty. This applies to new and refurbished phones only. Only valid in contiguous USA. Any products sold outside of the contiguous USA are subject to a 30-day warranty.
3. RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) days of when you receive the item. If you have any issues or problems with anything you have purchased, please contact us directly first as we are more than willing to assist you in finding a solution to your problem or concern. 
4. When returning items, please make sure the item is in a similar condition when sold, and includes all parts and accessories, including cords and cables. Failure to do so may result in the deduction of the cost of the missing item(s) from your refund.
